Shipping and Returns

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 7-14 days. If we are unable to dispatch within 14 days we will email you  to let you know the delivery date.
In the UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. Orders for Europe and other countries are usually dispatched with FedEx and take 2-5 days to arrive. We will email you tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE: All customs and duties payable in your country are your responsibility and will be charged to you by the delivery carrier before or at the time your instrument is delivered.

Returns
All our Remedy Makers are tested before dispatch. If your instrument is damaged in transit please contact us immediately and we will give you details of how and where to return the faulty goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods returned without our consent.

Returning Goods under Guarantee
If your Remedy Maker breaks down within the guarantee period (1 year MK2, MK1A, 3 years MK3) please notify us immediately and we will give you details of how and where to return the faulty goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods returned without our consent.
